Shipping Methods

We ship cases via ground freight or standard carrier from our West Virginia facility or co-packing facility in Hatfield PA. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If products are missing or damaged, contact us within 5 business days at jamie@moonflowerhemp.com with order details and photos.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to states where hemp-derived beverages are compliant under current law. Orders placed for restricted states will be canceled and refunded.
