REFUND POLICY

OUR REFUND POLICY

All wholesale sales are final. Because our products are consumable, we do not accept returns for reasons of taste, potency, or customer preference.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective; and

  • You notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photo documentation.

We may request damaged goods be returned for quality control review. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
